The new kid on the block of fun real estate information websites:

Cyberhomes.com

Not exactly new, as this site existed in a different format about 5 years ago. Then Fidelity National Financial bought the rights. The website has re-emerged as a Beta site and can be viewed at the above address and includes pricing (questionable accuracy), 4 sided views of any property and rooms, sizes, etc.

So what happens to Zillow.com? It’s a fun site to play with and has been enhanced, but the owners have far fewer resources than the newest player “Fidelity National Financial”. Zillow may be gone soon.

What does it mean to you??

Wonderful time to have such great and detailed information available so quickly and easily on any property anywhere in the US. You can view properties in any city (friends, relatives, anyone you want to know more about) with just an address. You can learn more about the real estate of a “market area” or “neighborhood” much faster than driving around the area and visiting the local map room

Information Paralysis??

Now that we have all this great information and data, what do we do with it? It is still important to make good decisions in our buying and selling of real estate. The purchase and sale of real estate is still the largest dollar transaction we perform in our lives. It impacts our lives and often the lives are all our family. Does the amount information available increase your performance and probability of making a good decision?
